My job was eliminated because of a merger, this was a great job and a great company.
Some what of a disconnect between corporate Belgium and corporate USA. Corporate Belgian probably doesn't understand the needs of the employees in the US.
Advice to Management
If I were management from Belgium I would spend time in the trenches with the account managers to find out what the needs of the customers really are.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Agfa (Toronto, ON (Canada)).
The interview involved many steps. The process went through HR and then a phone interview and then a number of in person interviews. The questions asked were typical HR questions as well as a varying degree of technical questions. There was plenty of time to ask questions. Overall the experiences was fair.
