Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at AgileEngine (New Delhi) in May 2022
InterviewThe interview conducted by AgileEngine was very good and descriptive the interviewer was from Argentina and was very much friendly. I was a bit nervous but after talking with the interview it felt much like a discussion if I didn't know the answer or I answered wrong he used to explain me very calmly. Hire employees consultancy was very much supportive and they were always there to clear my doubts and help in any kind of process. Hire employees also play a major role in the interview process.
