    I have been working at Agilent Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    I have been with Agilent since it was formed (former HP employee). I have stayed for so long because there is interesting work, smart people, and they treat employees with respect and fairness. I was able to work part time when my children were very young, and they do value work life balance. Benefits are competitive - good health plan, 401k with matching, etc.

    Cons

    People stay a long time here, which sometimes leads to a lack of fresh, external perspective.
