I have been working at Aida-America Corporation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fellow employees are extremely nice and more than willing to help you if you are stuck or need advise. Upper management is transparent in their goals for you and the company.

    Cons

Non that comes directly to mind. Projects sometimes mandate you stay longer than the typical 8 hour day, but this isn't necessarily a con for the company.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Aida-America Corporation (Huber Heights, OH) in January 2017.

    Interview

The interview was very laid back and they seemed to be genuinely interested me.... that was, until the hiring manager told me that the Japanese staff were looking for a Japanese person to fill the role an not an American. I immediately decided to just blow them off after the interview because who would really want to work for a company that would want to hire certain people over trivial things.

    Interview Questions

    • We are looking to add a Japanese person to our staff, but you are an American that can speak Japanese. Why should we hire you instead of a native Japanese?   Answer Question
