Pros

Will always be morning shifts. Starts 4am most of the time.

Cons

Only one real manager that almost never there. Supervisors called themself managers. Leads call themselves supervisors Senior agents not just doesn’t help but also bad talk in French about everyone.

Advice to Management

None. They can care less. One day I went to work and they even forgotten to pay the phone lines. No they just want in there but alas we had to use our own cellphones and never got a penny for that.
