    Pros

The company is always evolving. From a Canadian corporation to a privately-held company, Air Canada continues to compete on the world stage.

    Cons

Customer service has its challenges. Dealing with rude and angry people is never pleasant.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Air Canada (Los Angeles, CA) in September 2017.

    Interview

I applied online on August 24, 2017 and immediately got a video interview to do. There were 16 questions in total. The first of them were yes or no questions, and the rest was actual behavioral questions and asking about your work experience. There was no deadline for to complete it. I did the video the next day August 25th. On the 28th I received an email for face to face interview. September 12th I came in with my resume, diploma, and printed papers that was required. On the 14th, I got an email to do 3 assessments and to call for drug testing.

    Interview Questions

    • There is a family of 4 going on their first trip to Disneyland but there was an error on their boarding passes that they all separate seats. There are two 8 year old kids. As a gate agent, what would you do?   3 Answers
