I have been working at Air Hygiene full-time
AHI is a small family owned business that competes with much larger companies. Their strategy for success is to provide the best customer experience possible. Theirs is a culture that looks hard for mistakes and inefficiency then employs 5S to define or refine a process. Having a well defined process helps the 'boots on the ground' by allowing them to focus on other key parts of the work.
Operations staff are required to travel most of the time. This can be challenging but it is not without its rewards. The ownership started the company doing this same work and still goes on jobs.
Advice to Management
Be careful to keep bonus programs equitable. All employees want to know their work is valued. Track all position's performance and reward accordingly.
