    Pros

Strong company to work for that will stay relevant for years to come. If you find your niche its a good place to work.

    Cons

Large company where large levels of bureaucracy abound. Turnover or job changes occur frequently, especially with higher level management. Many mid-level managers seem to have been in the same role for decades.

    Advice to Management

Could improve the work/life balance a bit more. Try giving employees better options for flex schedules.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Newark, DE).

    Interview

The interview consisted 5 rounds: 3 telephonic interviews, web ex session (1 hr) and a full day onsite interview.
Very Well organized process: Arrangements, transport and the overall process.
Onsite interview was not challenging was more focused on building up conversations bilaterally.
