Lots of opportunity to advance and a great place to begin an aviation maintenance career. Some solid training courses can be obtained on the company's dime.
Seems like management is pretty set on underpaying their employees and asking for 130% out of everyone at the same time.
Advice to Management
Some employee appreciation would likely go a long way.
