    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aira (La Jolla, CA) in June 2018.

    Interview

You first have to apply. After that, you get told you'll be given a group interview. You are in an online meeting with the recruiter and 4-5 strangers. They throw you into a simulation without any sort of preparation for it. They show you a 45 second video and then throw you onto their platform to take a "call" from one of their employees, where you need to navigate them. They show you a short video and expect you to simply know how to use their system and their protocols.
