    Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aira.

    Interview

1 phone interview with a recruiter which went really well, and I loved the interaction with that person. I drove 2hours excited to meet with the team only to find out that they were interviewing another person at the same time for the same position. The CEO or president greeted that other person and literally ignored me. He came back and asked that other person to follow him, and I was left at the entrance for like 10min without anyone looking for me. At this point I knew that it would not be my next job. Eventually someone took me to a room, where I met with 3 people in a row, and I basically repeated myself 3 times. Great product but terrible organization.
