    I applied through an employee referral The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Airbnb (United States)


    Phone Screen
    Multiple rounds of behavioral interviews plus an architecture interview.
    Overall pretty similar to most companies eng manager hiring process. Biggest difference is the presentation interview.
    Presentation interview was a fun change from the normal grilling with behavioral questions.
    Their deep commitment to cultural fit and hiring good people shows up across the entire interview process.

    Cannot share, but it's pretty standard.
