Amazing company culture, good place to be and a great job for building jet experience. Lots of room for growth as the company is growing at an extremely fast pace. Highly recommend.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Airshare (Kansas City, MO)

Very relaxed. While there are some technical aspects to the interview, they seem primarily interested in your ability to fit in and get along. They want to be sure traveling with you for days on end isn't going to be a problem. Interview included some great background on the company and their goals for growth. Also was given a tour of their facilities and some aircraft.
