I have been working at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

From day one the company makes you feel comfortable and part of the team. The benefits are great, low cost medical with option for every phase of life, good matching 401K and much more. The HR group works hard to ensure people are treated fairly and to make the work experience the best as it can be. The people at the company are smart and work hard, they make working there a pleasure. I truly belief that from the VPs on down they care about the success of people.

    Cons

Planning could be better, most times things get done with heroic effort of the people. Equipment can be updated as well, but this is typical of a CMO.

    Advice to Management

Offer more sick time, we work closely together and 5 days is not enough working in this industry.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services in April 2018.

    Interview

The interview process was great. Every employee at Althea was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The hiring manger organized meetings with three different managers/supervisors (each took about 30 mins - 1 hour) for the interview. Took about a week to hear back and another week to receive an offer.
