This company does not discriminate against long hair or religious preference, rare these days. A lot of great people there and descent pay for the area.
Your often stuck with a task your expected to just figure out or have done in a ridiculous time frame. Or often doing a task that falls with in the duties of a completely different department all together.
Advice to Management
Stop strapping duties and responsibilities of a person in one department onto someone in a non-related department. It's confusing to the field and vendors and makes the person/department and the company look incompetent.

the interview , took awhile, they asked for a mouth swab, then I had a sit down with the hiring manager, he saw my resume and said it was good, and asked if I can do mandatory overtime .
