I worked at Akbank full-time
Akbank somewhat values training. When I first started my job they sent me to training for 3 months. But I think now they do not even do that.
Akbank does not value their employees. The years I worked there it was even so hard to get a pay raise that was equivalent to the inflation rate, which meant that you were loosing money every year you worked there.
Advice to Management
They should pay more attention to their employees needs and try to get the word to upper management about improving company for the employees.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Akbank.
They usually do 3 phase interview. First you meet HR and one or two weeks later you meet department manager (it is the most tough one) and the last you meet department vice president with department manager and HR.
