Company events are great, this keeps up the morale of the company.
Compensation is good when asked to work above and beyond. But if you aren't willing to go above and beyond a few times a year, this company isn't for you.
The company is growing, and needs to take time to train new hires and current employees. The new hire process is quick and you need to be a quick learner and ask lots of questions to survive the first 90 days.
Advice to Management
Up the training for employees, but otherwise keep up the open communication. Work on improving planning and communication.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Akcelerant Software.
I was referred to Akcelerant by a mutual friend. I submitted my resume for the job, and was contacted right away for an interview. The hiring manager was very accommodating to my work schedule at that time, even willing to meet me outside of the office.
