    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Akimeka (Maitland, FL) in October 2017.

    Interview

I was given a 2.5 hour phone interview for a position in their FL office. After the phone interview, I was asked to come in for a full interview with the development team. Some in VA, one in SC and one from the FL office. After an extensive barrage of technical questions, 90% of which I was able to correctly answer, and received positive feedback from I was told that my resume didn't match up point for point with what they were looking for. The questions, themselves seemed quite elementary and the entire process seems to be a complete waste of my time. Resumes should be properly screened before undergoing a process of an in-person interview. Very disappointed.
