The pay and the benefits were great.
It was somewhat difficult to get in contact with the company. The e-mail responses were slow, and sometimes I had to e-mail the person several times to receive a response.
The work was monotone and there wasn't any room for growth or change. However, this was not the fault of Akorbi, but more of a characteristic of the workplace to which I was contracted to. I didn't actually work in an Akorbi office.
Advice to Management
Improve response times.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Akorbi.
Apply online to agency, go through a phone interview, your personality has to work for you, schedule an in person interview after laying out availability, then cross fingers and impress.
