    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Alameda Superior Court (Hayward, CA) in December 2017.

    Interview

Included both a half hour performance exam, reviewing sample filings and coming up with recommendations, and then a more conventional half hour interview. Questions were present but follow up questions were more spontaneous.

    Interview Questions

    • Fairly standard stuff, including what recommendations I had on the performance exam, why I would be well qualified for the job, and questions testing my understanding of role of legal research attorney.   Answer Question
