A small campus community allows you to work across different departments on a college campus. It increases your knowledge in different areas while expanding your knowledge in your primary role.
Limited amount of advancement for employees looking to advance their career in higher education. As a health science school, many faculty members are Doctor's or health professionals and are the decision makers within their specific departments. I am not sure that they have the expertise or knowledge to make higher education business decisions with their backgrounds.
Advice to Management
There are great employees at the college that have tremendous knowledge in higher education and the future landscape across the nation. I challenge management to tap into those resources to better suit the college's success.

About the research that has been conducted previously.Data that was used and questions related to it.
