I worked at Albuquerque Public Schools (More than a year)

    Pros

The children make the job enjoyable. The job is petty much autonomous. Very satisfying work. It's never boring and there's always enough work to keep you busy.

    Cons

Parents who should take more responsibility to get paperwork done. The beginning of the year paperwork is simple, it just needs to be turned in.

    Advice to Management

You do a good job. The number meetings could be kept to a minimal. There's enough work at the school to keep your nurses working all day.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Albuquerque Public Schools (Albuquerque, NM) in June 2016.

    Interview

The interview was very focused and effective. It started promptly at the designated time. It was relaxed, yet professional. A formal list of questions had been mentioned on the phone, but the list never materialized in person. At the end of our professional discussion, I was taken for a tour of the building and the room in which I would be teaching. An introduction to a few people took place at the end. I was then called and offered the position. I accepted.
