    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Alchemic Dream in December 2015.

    Interview

You take a language test based on the languages you selected as being fluent in, which is mainly just a basic grammar test with practice support tickets. If you pass that, you move on to the real interview. The actual interview is over Skype with a recruiter - all chat. They ask you stereotypical interview questions.
