Pros

Great work environment. I absolutely love that if you care, they will treat you very well. They treat you well either way, they just give you more opportunities to grow.

Cons

Sometimes hard to take calls when you first start and to be honest, I had some bad days. The good days far exceed the bad days though.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Alder (Raleigh, NC)

    Interview

Met with 2 other candidates, received briefing on position requirements. Interview setting felt uncomfortable, and I received an offer after only one interview. Interview process was pretty informal, and I chose not to continue after.
    Interview

Early on in the interview they asked what one of my hobbies are, then later on I had to come up with a 2 minute pitch about why one should take up my hobby.

You may think this looks like a "sarcastic" invitation - but even when we're busy in the middle of projects, we enjoy any interruption to take care of our family [Sales Reps, Techs and Customers] because "Family is Everything" at Alder.
