You may think this looks like a 'sarcastic' invitation - but even when we're busy in the middle of projects, we enjoy any interruption to take care of our family [Sales Reps, Techs and Customers] because 'Family is Everything' at Alder.

"Great Atmosphere, Friendly Co-Workers"

Current Employee - SEO Content Writer in United States

I have been working at Alder full-time for more than a year

Pros

Everyone who works at Alder is flexible, understanding, and welcoming. It's a great atmosphere, whether you're working from home or in-office.

Cons

You must be willing to work with little guidance and know how to push yourself without someone breathing down your neck (this is a pro for me).

    Sales Representative Interview

Anonymous Employee in San Jose, CA

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Alder (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2020

    Interview

I had an interview over Zoom. My interviewer was very nice and was very nice to talk to. I was pretty nervous to do an interview over Zoom because I am quite insecure with my appearance. I am sure that it is quite an adjustment for everyone for both the interviewers and the interviewees, so I shouldn’t worry too much if you have the chance to get an interview. We are all nervous. My interviewer had her camera off so that made it much easier for me. The interview was very easy, very general questions. I assume it’s to see what your personality is like. There are two steps for the interview process.
