    Total 4 rounds of interview- 1st phone call, 3 more 1 hour rounds. Overall, the interview process was decent. Not too hard. They did ask "weird personal questions" which were not at all related to the role. I was straight up told we offer okay benefits, not to expect too much from that side, not really exciting work, pretty much hinted towards forgetting about work life balance (words of mgmt there) which was a major red flag. The managers seemed content with their job but not really excited. so from a candidates point of view, they need to work on that to attract talent. Also, they offer salary way BELOW the market range. Not worth the stress and expectation they have.
