There was a hiring event held with job offers made on the spot. It was a breeze, very organized and professional feeling. They start you at 10.50 an hour plus tips. They were offering bartender, cocktail server, lifeguard, & other F&B positionsInterviewDescribe good customer service & how you would be able to please long time guest / regulars of the company to ensure they continue to visit the hotel & casino.

...Managers would go MIA for HOURS when we need them for comps or customers System could be down and IT and managers are no where to help explain to workers or customers Managers will take advantage of On Call workers over their Full Time workers that they favor NO benefits for ON CALL or potential to get raises or become Full Time Managers won't even be around to help when we need help Had a manager literally tell me "to figure it out" regarding reevaluating and redoing the stations... sir that's your job?...
