    Assistant Store Manager Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Alice & Olivia (Washington, DC).

    Interview

Reached out to the district manager via a website called LinkedIn. She called me back pretty much immediately and left a voicemail as I wasn't familiar with the number calling. Later that week I interviewed with the new SM and DM and it went really well. They are very laid back, down to earth and professional. I later had a follow up interview with the RM and was offered the position a few days later.
