Costly insurance premiums for family members. Parents don't always feel welcomed in the schools.
Advice to Management
Take time to actually listen to the parents. Meet with them regularly to hear their concerns.
Culture seems to be really exceptional. Excellent interviewing process. Come prepared! This includes: asking questions about school culture, leadership abilities, achievement gap, etc. Dress professionally and take notes. Make direct eye contact with all employees.
