Bill Daniel, President and CEO
Bill is responsible for overall leadership and direction of the company, including strategy and operations. Prior to joining AWL in 2008, Bill was the President and CEO of Surgient, a leading data-center virtualization management software company. Previously, Bill held Senior Vice President roles at Vignette, a publicly traded developer of content management software, and he founded several software companies, including Wallop, Datis Corp. and Mozart Systems. He also held sales positions at Oracle and other Silicon Valley technology companies. Bill holds a bachelor's of engineering degree from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
Erik Josowitz, Senior Vice President of Technology & Strategy
Erik is responsible for the technological strategy, evolution and operation of AWL's CAM technology platform. Prior to joining AWL in 2008, Erik served as Vice President of Marketing at Surgient. Before Surgient, he served as Vice President of Product Marketing at SoloMio, a mobile telecommunications software company, and Vice President of Product Marketing and later Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Vignette Corp. Erik holds a bachelor's of architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Cortney Johnson, Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Cortney is responsible for accounting, treasury, insurance and investor-relations functions. Prior to joining AWL in 2011, Cortney had 10 years of public accounting, SEC reporting, and internal controls and audit experience, starting her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP, and most recently serving as the Director of Internal Controls and Audit for a publicly traded manufacturing company. Cortney holds a B.B.A in international business from Southwestern University and an M.S. in accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. She also is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Dan Atkinson, Vice President of Business Intelligence
Dan and his team of analysts are responsible for developing and maintaining the company's data management architecture so the company has actionable visibility into key business metrics, while providing analytical insight. Dan has served in various capacities since joining AWL in 2006, including Senior Software Developer and Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining AWL, Dan was a Staff Software Engineer and Project Manager at National Instruments where he worked on the company's LabVIEW Real-time, Control Design and Simulation products. Dan holds bachelor's of science degrees in computer sciences and mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.
J.R. Attick, Vice President of Sales
J.R. is responsible for all customer acquisition and account management activities. J.R. has served in a variety of roles since joining AWL in 2008, including Director of Business Development where he was responsible for acquiring the majority of AWL's current strategic customer relationships, and later VP of Sales Operations where he led the transformation of the Agent Channel to take on the revenue trajectory fueling AWL's growth. Prior to AWL, J.R. held several Business Markets Sales Operations positions at Qwest Communications. J.R. holds a B.B.A. in marketing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
Jessica Leirer, Vice President of Marketing
Jessica is responsible for all consumer and customer acquisition marketing activities and has served in various roles within AWL since joining the company in 2011, including Senior Online Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Director. Prior to joining AWL, Jessica was an analyst at 360Partners, an ROI-focused search engine marketing agency, where she worked with the lead generation customers. Jessica holds a bachelor's of science degree in business and a bachelor's of arts degree in philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis.
Kristie Douglas, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration
Kristie is responsible for directing the "people functions" of AWL, including overseeing the recruiting and hiring processes, as well as managing payroll and benefits. Her role is to focus on strategic resource planning so that the company continues to employ and hire the most talented people in the marketplace. Kristie earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at All Web Leads (Austin, TX) in July 2016.
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I applied online, and was contacted by a 3rd party recruitment firm to schedule a phone interview. The 3rd party rep asked some basic interview questions, to essentially screen me. Once that was completed, they scheduled me a flight to Austin from San Francisco for my in person interview.
Once I arrived at All Web Leads, I had 1 on 1 interviews with six different employees:
SVP, Sales and Marketing
Sr. Director, Strategic Business Development
Sr. Manager Customer Success
Manager, Inside Sales
Each interview only took 30 minutes, covering all ranges of questioning including work history, sales history, etc.
I received a call roughly a week later with an offer.
