I worked at Allconnect full-time (More than a year)
I can only speak for the corporate office in Atlanta buy my experience was great. Very little micro managing with management trusting me to use my vision to take the company in the right direction. I also can't say enough great things about Michael Haslam...hands down the best boss I've ever had.
The only real negative thing I recall was the decision to revert from agile back to a more loose waterfall methodology. There were also several times of organizational restructuring causing multiple layoffs that really took the fire out of the remaining employees...but I understand that it was a necessary evil.
Advice to Management
With red ventures now owning AC....its understandable that the vision will change but please allow the culture to stay the same. You have great people working there.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Allconnect.
Phone Screen w/ Recruiter: Answer standard resume questions. Two in-person interviews, one with hiring managers, the second with their bosses. Both had very easy cases, again, how you approach the case is more important than nailing down a right answer. Be very proactive in asking questions to help you get to a solution.
Recruiter made offer- no wiggle room.
