We Are Here

Our communities are only as strong as the people who live in them. With a family of more than 4,000 Team Members across the country, we run, walk, bike, donate, clean, and volunteer our time to make a difference. Here are a few of the ways we support the communities where we live and work.

Team Member Outreach

A great benefit of being an Allegiant Team Member is being offered many opportunities to engage with local communities.  We hold school supply drives, form local sports teams, visit schools to speak to children about aviation careers, collect food for local food banks, and participate in dozens of other activities driven by our passionate Team Members.

Social Responsibility

We are committed to supporting charitable organizations that are incredibly meaningful to our Company and our Team Members.  Some of our favorites are the American Red Cross, Make-A-Wish and Wings for Autism, the Allegiant Honors program for active and retired military, and several different STEM programs focused on childhood education.

We consider SAFETY before anything else and above all else.  This is achieved through the ownership of all employees to ensure the safety of all they see and touch.

We get a rush from what we do, and we play to win. We work with passion, determination, perseverance and a sense of urgency.  Here ACHIEVEMENT is contagious.

When costs can swing dramatically overnight in our industry, we have to be just as FLEXABLEin our ability to move as well.  We support our fellow Team Members in embracing change. We don’t get too comfortable with the status quo.

We have the freedom to think outside the box.  We look at everything we do, everything we don’t do and consider why. We are not an average company; we expect all employees to be INNOVATIVE in how they think about their job, their team, their department and the company.

We make smart, calculated decisions. We should always be seeking opportunities and exploring new possibilities. Collectively, we are BIASED FOR ACTION, and we get things done. The fastest way to company success is to have 100) of Team Members all working toward common goals.

We encourage TEAMWORK by treating every individual with respect for their background, knowledge and experience. No game is won or lost by an individual player.

We believe in metrics to show measurable results.  We also believe that openness and honesty make for the best relationships.

TRANSPARENCY is about knowledge. Motivation and highlighting who we really are.

ACCOUNTABILITY isn’t about whose fault something is or who is responsible for a success: it’s about having all we do completely covered by the players involved, through every day and every outcome.

We work hard, and our work in never done. We are always striving to make ourselves more efficient while we focus on being OUTCOME BASED. We set and exceed our own standards, constantly raising the bar for ourselves.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Allegiant Travel (Saint Petersburg, FL) in November 2017.

The ways to be chosen thru a reference program that matters. The interview is completed on employment it is a traditional employment application. there are a few things you may need to scan in, verify that you are who you are to make sure all is safe which for a "pre-screen". Then, you will recieve an e-mail from Allegiant with an extending an offer for "new hire training" and that completes it with a welcome letter.
