    Pros

They make custom e-learning software -- it's really hard to feel like Dr. Evil when you're doing that. Each team is made up of writers, educators, artists, and engineers -- which can be incredibly refreshing if you've spent the last part of your career in the corporate software mines.

    Cons

Demand is pretty high, so in order to maximize throughput sometimes there's a lot of pressure to hit a deadline.

    Advice to Management

Work towards better insulating your artistic teams from the pressures of the customer demands.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allen Interactions (Tampa, FL) in June 2016.

    Interview

Two women sat on one side of the desk and I sat on the other. They read from a list of questions and I answered them. They then gave me en editing and HTML test.

    Interview Questions

    • The questions asked by the two women were so bland and generic, none specifically come to mind.   1 Answer
