Great team that is knowledgeable and easy to work with. There is a mix of senior engineers with decades of experience and younger designers/engineers that are well versed in BIM.Cons
Open office plans are not for everyone. Although you learn a lot from overhearing conversations, sometimes you need to focus. I usually just put in headphone and I am ok.Advice to Management
Explore a hybrid schedule where the engineering team has the option to work from home on Fridays. Most people only work 4 hours on Friday anyways. It would give the team more stamina, especially forDiversity & Inclusion at Allen + Shariff
