Mission: We believe that people power brands! We tirelessly imagine “what’s next” in the value exchange between people & brands. So we are constantly collaborating, building & igniting lasting relationships.
September 1st is Moving Day in Boston. For most, it means sweat, anger, being stuck in traffic, parking tickets, stairs, back pain, and Advil. But for a new Pine Street Inn resident, it means something entirely different.
Hats off to the whole team at Allen & Gerritsen for making it all happen!
We're officially working with the National Organization on Disability to do just that. Because companies have neglected the huge talent pool of people with disabilities far too long. And we are honored to help power change. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQk7n
I worked at Allen & Gerritsen full-time
Some of the reasons why I think A&G is a great place to be is because of the all the strong benefits at this place. Work life balance, allowing for creativity and pushing employees to think outside the box. Cool office space and location. no a**holes allowed is true here.
no place is perfect and i think A&G could work on allowing for more structure with process
Advice to Management
Stay connected to the people, keep the communication coming.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Allen & Gerritsen (Boston, MA) in July 2018.
First there was a 30 minute phone screen then followed an in-person interview. After the in-person interview I never heard back from them. I followed up by email about a week later and never received a reply. The Talent and Operations Manager didn't even have the common courtesy of sending me a generic rejection email.
