The Allergan Edge
We define an ‘edge’ as something that sets us apart, gives us an advantage and strengthens us to be better – for our customers, patients, investors and each other. Our ‘edge’ is our colleagues, and we are committed to making Allergan the best place for them to work and achieve career goals. How do we do this?
We engage. Offering our colleagues dynamic opportunities to share and power their ideas to make an impact.
We develop. Empowering our colleagues to experience new challenges; strengthen their skills and knowledge; and pursue their career goals.
We reward. We offer industry-leading rewards and incentives – but, beyond that – we invest in our people, celebrate success through recognition programs; and promote healthy lifestyles and work-life balance.
And we attract. Making Allergan a prime destination for new colleagues who are ready, willing and able to embrace and thrive in our bold culture.
I worked at Allergan full-time (More than 10 years)
Good compensation, comfortable office environment, flexible scheduling and optional remote working in some situations, excellent benefits and vacation packages. Overall, the best place I have ever worked.
Changing demands of the pharmaceutical market can make some departments and positions more volatile as outsourcing becomes more cost effective.
Advice to Management
Maintain a strong connection between U.S. East and West Coast operations.

3 separate interviews, 2 with hiring manager and 1 with regional manager, first interview was mainly to see if the hiring manager and I would get along, the second interview consisted of behavioral interview questions and a role play, final interview was going over experience and why I wanted the job
