-young fun workplace
-incredible coworkers with real passion for the field
-work perks such as half day fridays in the summer, weekly in office happy hours, team events, weekly yoga
-international travel IF on teams that travel and IF you are of a lucky chosen few -- don't get your hopes up.
-healthcare benefits are not great -- we still pay
-very little room for growth (although it seems they are working to address this)
-tons of work and little administrative assistance for simple tasks
Advice to Management
-pay your employees what they deserve!
-hire more administrative help
-list to your employees, and to those who quit-- ask them WHY they are leaving. The turnover rate effects all of us. The more people who leave, the more people we need to spend time training and transitioning and the less time we have to do our actual job.
