Alliance is a national company offering a flexible work setting. Our technologists have the opportunity to learn and operate multiple systems in various settings, ranging from stationary systems to being part of a mobile route and working at different hospital sites. Our professional and support staff sustains the company’s mission by bringing value-added services to each of our customers, including educational and marketing support, patient scheduling, and managed care contracting.
Team members are provided six paid holidays per year:
In addition to these recognized holidays, team members receive paid floating holiday hours to be used at the team member’s choosing each calendar year.
Full-time team members earn two weeks of paid vacation for every year of continuous service with Alliance. Team members are eligible for one week after six months of service. After five years, team members begin to earn three weeks per year and, after ten years, four weeks.
Eligible team members with three months of service can participate in Alliance’s 401(K) plan. Eligible team members may also participate in our Section 125 Plan which provides tax savings with Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. Money can be put aside tax-free to pay for many unreimbursed healthcare expenses, as well as dependent care expenses. Eligible insurance premiums can also be deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Group health insurance benefits are offered to eligible team members and include medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage.
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance is paid for by Alliance and provided for all eligible team members. In addition, eligible team members have the option to purchase life insurance (optional life insurance) and AD&D insurance for themselves. They may also purchase additional coverage for their spouses and children.
Short-term and long-term disability insurance is provided for eligible team members.
We encourage team members to take advantage of opportunities to continue their education by offering educational assistance for professional and technical team members through our Continuing Education Program and Educational Reimbursement Program.

Each month on a designated Thursday, employees at the Corporate Headquarters have the opportunity to dress “Casual for a Cause” and benefit a diverse group of non-profit organizations suggested by employees. We highlight a different charity each month and Alliance HealthCare Services matches all donations up to a monthly total of $500.00.
Also, the patient care teams are involved in local community cancer walks, food drives and other charitabe causes. At Alliance, we believe deeply that caring for those in the communities in which we serve is as important as caring for our patients in our centers.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Alliance HealthCare Services (Irvine, CA) in February 2016.
It was over the phone interview at first and the second interview was at the location of their client and it was with the client and it was more of like a panel interview
