No official HR knowledge, minimal flexibility to change processes, management ethics is lacking, lacking professional atmosphere.

Owner contacted me via email about position. Met with owner for initial interview then again with VP of Ops. Interview questions are not position specific and can get a bit personal. Expect a personality review in addition to experience questions.
