Current Employee - Executive Assistant in San Francisco, CA

I have been working at Alliant International University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Many improvements - investment in students, more transparency, exciting vision for the future, tech/software investments have greatly helped processes improve

    Cons

Confusion stemmed by bad communication between leadership and constituencies. Many decisions are made behind the scenes and communicated after the fact.

    Advice to Management

When a policy changes, make sure it is in writing. Before making decisions, do the research needed to make sure it is even a possible option.

I applied online. I interviewed at Alliant International University.

    Interview

I interviewed with both the Director and Assistant Director of Admissions, and they alternated between each other when asking questions. Informed me that there are 1st and 2nd round interviews beore making a final decision. Very welcoming and friendly
