I have been working at Allied Media (Kansas) full-time (More than a year)
Really nice building, and modern office. It is the type of environment that feels like you are moving up in the world. HR seems to be making moves to try to start an employee review system for the company.
Very high turnover rate- people who have been there 3 years are jokingly called old-timers. Goals set by leadership are unachievable. Some employees are totally checked out, while others work long hours. Salaries are 20-30% below market. Some management have cursed out employees in public areas, repeatedly. Workers burn out or are laid off when they can't meet unrealistic expectations.
Advice to Management
Listen to HR and follow through with merit raises. Set achievable goals for management. Fill empty positions, and encourage employee retention.
