I worked at Allied Technology Group full-time (More than 8 years)
Everyone worked as a cohesive team. Performance was top notch for customers and compensation was very good. Most everyone there helped each other out. Some managers would give you the shirt off their backs.
Sometimes there was personality conflicts. But those were few and far between. But all companies have that. Working group competition. I hear things changed after 2014 and they were bought by Mantech.
Advice to Management
Upper management was excellent during my last year there. Management had weekly meeting to discuss contract status and future developments. Projects seemed to be evenly distributed.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Allied Technology Group.
The interview was conducted in a formal board conference room. The hiring manager and two other associates were conducting the interview. I arrived 20 minutes early and they were completing an interview session with another job applicant. The receptionist ask me to sit in the waiting space and advised me they were running behind schedule. This afforded me an opportunity to review my questions and relax.
