I have been working at Allston Trading full-time (More than a year)

Allston has a very collaborative culture and I am surrounded by intelligent, hard working, and creative co-workers. I really like the flexibility of the company and flat structure. The CEO is always accessible to bounce around ideas and he actually listens, which is really important. The benefits are also great with free food, massages, and fun company events. It is a great place to work.

I don't really have any cons. Its a great work environment.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Allston Trading.

Ran into them at a career fair, handed them my resume, and received a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was focused on general knowledge about Java, class design, concurrency, networking, and algorithms (There were a total of 12 questions). I was shaky on a few of the subjects at the time of the interview, so I didn't make it to the next round.
