I worked at Ally Commerce full-time
Looking back, this was one of the best full time jobs I ever had. Thee was a lot of work, but that wasn't exactly a bad thing. That just meant there was always something to do. I'd say that it's by far the best place to work-- especially as a starter.
* Work could become tedious sometimes because even with variety, some of it is more or less the same.
* The pay wasn't exactly the best.
Advice to Management
Allow people to advance if they are wanting to.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Ally Commerce in November 2017.
First a phone screen, then phone interview. Everything was going great. I was told next step would be in person. I randomly got a call from HR that literally asked me to go over every job I ever had and asked why did each end. I was not offered the job because I done contract work in the past. I wish they would have told me that in the beginning instead of stringing me along for a month and a half.
