I worked at Aloha Construction full-time (More than a year)
- the most important stuff first: great team, knowledgable, no rookies on the job that you need to hold hands with, I came in with a lot of experience myself from other areas and companies and I have to say I learned a thing or two here
- pay is ok
- other benefits ok as well, not perfect, but not gonna complain for sure, no way.
- I slacked for the first few weeks because I wasn't able to get on the same page with the manager and the office standards or whatever they call it, but after some time this was sorted out and if I wasn't moving I wouldn't leave this job!
