it was a russian firm run in a russian way, if u attempted to be kool then there was something, a lot of staff manipulated the lack of mgmt and controls and hence there was no way for real merit to work, you had one senior who was also running a side business, not sure how that passed but that tells u

well just be logical
The interview process was short and very easy, short, informal. There was no specific knowledge required. It was more if you would fit within the team. 2 interviews with the team and one with HR. Afterwards quick process.
