Create some title difference and promote people on titles. This may motivate people in work performance.

Interview for middle office usually focus on financial and product knowledge, team culture fit and motivation. Occasionally, interviewee will be asked for guesstimation questions. For experience hire, previous relevant experience is crucial. Also, Alphadyne is a firm that going through consistent change and improvement. The ability to find area of improvement and provide solution is a plus. On top of that, excel macro programming skill is a plus, too.
