Alphalete marketing was started in August of 2015 by our C.E.O. Rafael Hidalgo. Carlos Hidalgo, Rafael's twin brother, decided to partner up with Rafael 7 months later. Together the brothers operated our Ohio office. In September 2017 Rafael expanded our company into Arlington, Texas. Carlos soon joined Rafael in February 2018 leaving Maud Miller as head of the Alphalete Maumee, Ohio office. The Texas office rapidly expanded and Khalil Mansour joined the management team to help lead the expansion.

Great people, great location, great training. You’ll be joining a family. You can make good money if you get after it.
You will work weekends and have only one day off. If you want to grow with the company, you will have to be willing to move.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alphalete Marketing (Arlington, TX) in December 2017.
They call back really fast after you apply, you go into their office that doesn't have their company name anywhere, and everyone that works there seems really nice. but in the interview, the CEO of the company said that I would start out working in a kiosk in the retailers for about a year. which is not at all what I applied for.
