    -Flexible hours (9/80 schedule)
-Racquetball/Walleyball court, basketball court, and onsite gym - and people of many skill levels who actually use them
-Great company events that encourage friendly competition and healthy lifestyles
-Auburn Hills is a great location in a relatively busy area with lots to do/places to eat and plenty of surrounding cities. FCA is only 10 minutes away.

    Cons

-High expectations from management sometimes create a stressful work environment, but it can also be rewarding to achieve those expectations
-Japanese conservative culture can clash with American style of quick decisions and fast action
-Working with Alpine Headquarters in Iwaki, Japan means late phone calls and difficulties dealing with the time difference, limited face to face communication, and language barriers

    Advice to Management

As the office grows, don't lose sight of the qualities of working at Alpine-Detroit that generate that growth.
