They provide you with months of training and give you all the necessary tools to succeed.
I have nothing bad to say about my experience thus far. Wonderful company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alro.
The interview process was nothing like I have ever experienced. I submitted my resume and received a call 2 weeks later for an interview. There was no phone interview. I arrived early to take the Wonderlic test and a math test. After I took the tests I met with regional manager and manager of the position I applied for. The position was not explained correctly on their job posting. If I did not ask the right questions I would have gotten into a position I was not looking for. They did not ask any relevant interview questions. They wanted to know why I was looking for a job and how much was I looking to earn. I was asking more questions than they were asking me, which was great because the position I applied for was nothing like the description on there job posting. Wasted my time!
