I have been working at Alston & Bird full-time (More than 8 years)
Collegial and professional environment. Relatively young and entrepreneurial management.
All big law firms are demanding environments, but A&B tends to care more about quality of life. It doesn't mean that client demands will not dictate some tough hours--they will. It is just part of the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alston & Bird (Atlanta, GA) in October 2016.
A brief phone interview on background and a follow-up behavior test later. The behavior test was open-ended, all multiple choice.
I am currently waiting for further follow-up, as I saw it recently.
