    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alta Loma School District (Alta Loma, CA) in September 2009.

    Interview

I applied online and within a few weeks of posting end, received an email requesting me to come in and take a clerical test. After testing, I received a phone call asking me to come into a panal interview. The interview constited of 2 school principles for the schools that had openings. I was given a list of questions 15 mins before entering the interview so that I would know which questions they were going to cover. I took that paper into the interview with me. They asked me to just read through the questions and give my answers to the question. They didn't ask me much of anything until I was finished.

    Interview Questions

    • How would you deal with a child that comes into the office with a complaint and becomes disresectful to you infront of office personnel and other children.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation really. Just these are the hours, and are you willing to work them. The pay is listed on the job listing.
