I have been working at Altarum full-time

    Pros

-great work with some of the smartest people in the health care sector
    -telecommuting options/flexible work hours
    -awesome benefits

    Cons

since a lot of the staff are located in different offices and most are in Ann Arbor, it can be difficult to stay connected but the company tries to cultivate/encourage the culture of staying connected across all offices

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening to your staff!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Altarum.

    Interview

I submitted my resume online, and had a phone interview about 3 weeks afterwards. The phone interview was with someone from HR who had no idea what the role I was applying to entails. About 2 weeks after my phone interview, I got an email saying that they aren't even filling the position. This interview experience indicates to me that this is a very mismanaged company.
